With the shores of Grapevine Lake forming its northern border, the city of Southlake in the counties of Tarrant and Denton is aptly named. For the more leisurely inclined, the city offers an old-fashioned Main Street atmosphere in Southlake Town Square – a place to shop, dine or watch a movie. It has appealing mix of sophistication and charm: approximately 90 shops, restaurants serving everything from gourmet ice cream to spicy Thai cuisine, 14 Harkins Theatres, and a Hilton Hotel.
